SMS Terms

Homealytics (or SecureHomeGuard, as applicable) we provide SMS messaging services for informational and transactional purposes related to your home services requests (e.g., appointment confirmations, project updates, service status notifications).

By opting in to receive messages from us (via web form, keyword, or other method), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.

Message Frequency & Content Message frequency varies but will not exceed 2 messages per month unless you request more frequent updates. Messages may include text and/or multimedia (SMS/MMS).

Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from this short code. Replying START may re-enroll you.

Carrier Liability Disclosure Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier network availability, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.

Supported Carriers Messages are supported by major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, US Cellular, and others. Some carriers may not support all features (e.g., MMS).
